THIS CRASH COURSE USES A WEEKLY CURRICULUM TO FAST TRACK YOUR SKILLS!
WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A CLEAR SENSE OF PROGRESS WITH A DIFFERENT FOCUS EACH WEEK.
Each week we focus on different areas with a 1 hour workshop that includes a lesson and group activities. We also will provide homework and guideline for you to follow. The program will be taught by a Deaf Language Model and a hearing facilitator to enhance your access and accelerate your learning.
WHY A CRASH COURSE 4-WEEK WORKSHOP?
We want to give you a sense of progress and a weekly challenge so you can focus on a specific area of ASL. Our goal is to help you expand your foundational knowledge and give you an opportunity to practice everyday ASL with a deaf language model throughout the week. During this crash course 4-week workshop, you will become more self-aware of your current skills and will be able to see areas of improvement.
